Whether you’re finishing a project, hosting an event, or in need of a place to run your business, all you have to do is show up. We take care of the rest!
We appreciate that HUB users will comprise some of the area’s most creative and independent professionals, so we want to provide an atmosphere that not only inspires, but also lends to business success and interaction.
A full-time HUB staff member will get you sorted out from the moment you enter the lobby. Four public work areas provide space for up to 50 individuals at full capacity on the main floor. Also on the main floor, THE HUB Cafe is a nice little option that offers up coffee, sandwiches, chips, and more. (We’ll also cater lunch to the building on occasion.)
If you require additional privacy or space, we have nine fully furnished (you provide your own computer and printer) private offices on the upper level, which vary in size, and eight more on the main level – three of which offer daily or hourly rental. Amenities for office rental include: high-speed internet, electric, water, sewer, and trash.
Also on the upper level for full-time office tenants: a lounge, a bathroom and shower, as well as lockers. Additionally, full-time tenants enjoy access to the building 24/7 (utilizing a swipe card security system), including a private entrance, if desired.
THE HUB also boasts three conference rooms – distinguishing the facility as a full-service professional headquarters. And just in case you were wondering, the rest of THE HUB includes 11 TVs, a fireplace on the main level, an entertainment/hangout room on the lower level (with pool table and beer cave), dry cleaning, mail delivery and pickup, and full use of the business center.
Outside, THE HUB offers 117 metered parking spaces (monthly Martinsburg parking permits are provided to full-time tenants).
THE HUB also serves as a premier event space – designed to accommodate anything from the swankiest Super Bowl party to any number of holiday, community, or corporate get-togethers.
Complete with a self-serve beer cave, pool table, TVs, games, seating to kick back and relax, and much more, the lower level boasts the NFL ticket and is ready-made for every type of themed social gathering imaginable.
And in keeping with THE HUB’s commitment to the professional community, fully catered “Networking Parties” will be hosted on a monthly basis – bringing together as many as 50 professionals in one room to connect, exchange ideas, and pursue opportunities.
