Conference Rooms

For $40/hour, $100 for a half day, $125 full day.
The Hub provides three conference rooms to guests.
Einstein Room: seats 8 people with a large television and internet access
Hashtag Room: seats 6 people with a large television and internet access
Quiet Room: seats 4 people with internet access

Private Offices

$70 for a full day, $40 for a half day
Office 1 is furnished with a desk and chair with two additional client chairs with internet access.
Office 2 is furnished with a desk and chair with two additional client chairs with internet access.

Tenants
​
If you require additional privacy or space, we have nine fully furnished (you provide your own computer and printer) private offices on the upper level, which vary in size, and eight more on the main level. Tenants receive high-speed internet, 24/7 access to the building with a key fob with a private entrance, a parking pass, notary, and receptionist on-site Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm. Mail service is also provided to tenants daily with a mail box for each suite.

The HUB Membership = $250.00/month

Includes a key fob for 24/7 access to the building. Internet access, coffee and water, conference room, a parking permit at no extra cost. Receptionist and Notary available Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm.
